To strengthen our team, we are looking for a with an intern with a focus on reporting and analytics. This role requires service-oriented mindset.

You will play a prominent role in developing and providing ad-hoc support on diverse topics: investors reporting requests, internal reports, access management, and any other tasks in the scope of the GFIS (Global Fund Support and Investor Services) department.

You will work closely with the Investor Relations team and Fund Administration team and other members of the organization, as well as with external parties including investors.

Responsibilities

• Handle investors’ queries relating to their investments in the various funds and co-investments managed by Antin, in close coordination with internal teams.

• Support in the drafting and sending of external reports.

• Support the GFIS team to streamline the preparation of several recurring and specific financial and regulatory reports.

• Contribution to GFIS internal projects (e.g. Fund level consolidated NAV)

Candidate profile:

• Currently student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Good expertise of Excel

• Enthusiastic about technology and digitization of processes

• Elevated level of attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, and performance

• Ability to convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports for a varied audience.

• Ability to analyse data sets and query data sources in a way that meets client requirements and in accordance with data and technology policies.

• Eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities to leverage data for the success of the company and its investors.

• Effective communication and writing skills in English, with ability to adapt to different audiences.

• Interested in collaboration, with dedicated team spirit and a service-oriented mindset.

• Eager to blend in a cross-team collaboration function, with different teams sometimes being across different offices and adapt to each team’s standpoint.

• Agility in the tasks to perform, depending on the priorities of the team’s agenda.

We are looking for an intern starting early March for a minimum period of 6 months.
